Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern your use of Docandtell (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to them.
The Service
Docandtell connects to third-party tools you authorize (such as GitHub, Vercel, Stripe, Sentry, Intercom, Slack, and Telegram), analyzes the resulting data for anomalies, and delivers plain-English alerts and, where you explicitly enable it, can take limited automated actions on your behalf (such as rolling back a deployment or drafting a customer reply). Any autonomous action is off by default and only runs after you've explicitly turned it on for that specific action type.
Your responsibilities
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the third-party credentials you connect.
- You're responsible for reviewing and approving (or rejecting) any autonomous action before it takes effect where the Service asks for confirmation.
- You won't use the Service to violate the terms of any connected third-party service.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis as described at signup. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". Anomaly detection and generated explanations are decision support, not a guarantee of catching every issue or of perfect accuracy — you remain responsible for your own systems and business decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docandtell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the update.
